It is important that that your colleagues have the necessary qualification to aid them in demonstrating competence. An existing practising electrician can gain a NVQ Level 3 qualification whilst still at work. This route for practising operatives is generally quicker than a new employee. The electrical training/assessment removes the electrician doing unnecessary training, reducing time and focusing on the assessment and training required
The electrical course provides flexibility and can usually be fitted around the working schedule. Most candidates finish the qualification in about 4 months.
